城主であるプレイヤーが敵の大部隊を武と智でこじあけていく本格戦略シミュレーション（リアルタイムストラテジー（RTS））ゲームアプリです。

■クエスト（バトル）
アニメで登場したバトルフィールドをリアルに再現！
指示フェイズと進軍フェイズの2つのフェイズで構成されます。指示フェイズで指先で線を自由に引いて進軍の指示を出し進軍フェイズに進みます。
指示フェイズは15秒に一度より細かな戦略を立てる事が可能。オートモードで手軽に楽しむこともできます。

■武将と軍師（育成と編成）
キングダム乱（キンラン）には武将以外に戦局を左右する「軍師」が存在します。
軍師は部隊として戦うのではなく「計略」を使って戦局を変化させていきます。
軍師のキャラクターには個性に合わせた「計略」が設定されているので戦局や戦略に合わせて軍師を使い分けましょう。

■内政（城づくり）
強くなるには武将を強化するだけではなく城郭を広げていく必要があります。市場、農場、工房、兵舎など内政を強化していく事で武将の強化に大きく影響していきます。

■攻城戦（対戦モード）
キングダムの象徴的な戦い攻城戦がスマホで遊べます。自分の強さに応じた他のプレイヤーと1対1のバトルになります。
